Reserving a conference room
The Department of Bioengineering has access to reserve conference rooms 401A, 401B, 501, 601A and 601B in the Bioscience Research Collaborative (BRC).
Please review the Google Calendars below to check the availability of the room you would like to reserve. Once a room is chosen, email a reservation request with the following information to bioeconfrooms@rice.edu.
Reservation requests must include:
- Date
- Start time
- End time
- Name of the principal investigator (PI)
- Contact info of meeting organizer (email and phone number)
- Is it a recurring event? If so, provide the end date and frequency.
- Optional: The name of the meeting.
NOTE: A request is not complete until you have received an email confirmation.
