The application deadline for the Ph.D. program in bioengineering is December 20, 2019. It is best to start the application process before September of the year applying.
Our Master of Bioengineering (M.B.E.) degree offers two unique non-thesis tracks: the Applied Bioengineering track and the Global Medical Innovation (GMI) track. Applicants must select one of the two tracks, but they may submit separate applications for each track.
Applied Bioengineering track M.B.E. program applications are due by October 1, 2019 for spring 2020 admission and January 30, 2020 for priority fall 2020 admission. Fall 2020 applications will continue to be accepted in phases through April 30, 2020.
Global Medical Innovation (GMI) track M.B.E. program applications are due by December 31, 2019 for fall 2020 admission.
Current Rice undergraduate students applying to either M.B.E. degree tracks must contact the academic program administrator at firstname.lastname@example.org for specific instructions regarding their application submission.
